AmeriPak®, a privately owned corporation, was formed in 1983 by three principals who were former FMC employees with more than 100 combined years of packaging machinery experience—offering worldwide experience in handling and packaging products. In December of 2004, we were acquired by O.P. Schuman & Sons, Inc., a custom machinery, parts and assemblies manufacturer.

Our staff of designers, mechanical and electronic engineers have created the solutions for packaging products in the food, confectionary, pharmaceutical and general hardware industries.
